Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with consistency and quality that reflect 103 Coffee’s standards
-Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests warmly and professionally
-Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment confidently, safely, and efficiently
-Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including payment processing and issuing receipts
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and the café environment at all times, following strict hygiene and food safety guidelines
-Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages
-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
-Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment

Requirements
-Barista or café experience is preferred, but training will be provided
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering great service
-Friendly, energetic, and a strong team player
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
