Job Scope:

The Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and promotional activities that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales objectives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

-Plan and organize marketing events such as food fairs, roadshows, pop-up booths, sampling activities, product launches or any internal company events.

-Liaise with venues, vendors, and external partners to ensure all logistics are managed effectively.

-Coordinate event setup, signage, product displays, and promotional materials.

Marketing & Promotion

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and promotional campaigns.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

-Act as a brand ambassador during events to promote company products.

-Manage on-ground promoters to ensure smooth event execution and customer interaction.

-Collect customer feedback and sales data during events for post-event analysis.

Administrative & Reporting

-Prepare event budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency.

-Maintain an events calendar and ensure timelines are met.

-Generate post-event reports, including KPIs, photos, attendance records, and recommendations.

Inventory & Materials Management

-Coordinate the preparation, packing, and inventory of promotional items, event props, and sample products.

-Ensure all marketing collaterals are available, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Ad Hoc Duties

-Support the marketing department in daily operations, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.

-Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas and product launches.
