-Create and enhance Coffee menu that fill a niche in the competitive F&B market.
-Develop new coffee based on market trend, sales data, operation effectiveness and customer demography.
-Conduct idea generation sessions to initiate the creation of new coffee varieties that align with company goals and objectives.
-Establish costing information for new and revised formulation.
-Conduct comprehensive market and consumer research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for new product development.
-Gather, analyze, and maintain product, market, and technology trend information and come out with feasibility report to ensure products are always viable and competitive.
-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, partners, and external resources to support research and development initiatives.
-Responsible for the upkeep of product SOP.

Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum 2 years of work experience in F&B chain / retail or F&B product development (coffee-related industry will be an added advantage).
-Ability to conceptualize and execute new method development.
-Possess good sensory skills for product bench-marking and development.
-Good interest and knowledge in ingredient formulation and development.
-Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel, other relevant software and application.
-Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels, internally and externally, in an effective and responsive manner.
