Job Description
-Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and resolve complaints or issues effectively.
-Provide information about facilities, local attractions, and services.
-Assist in managing room reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
-Routinely check room conditions for cleanliness and maintenance issues to be reported.
-Assist with billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billing records.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
-Prepare daily check-in and check-out lists.
-Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve processes.
-Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records, processing orders, and maintaining accurate databases.
-Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest services role in the hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Hospitality background is preferred (e.g., previous hotel work experience or hospitality-related studies such as Hospitality Management).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
-Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage and preferred.
