Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS systems.
- Manage employee leave, attendance.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive working environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.

4. Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, set timelines, and ensure consistency across departments.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and development planning.

5. Policy Development & Compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
