Job Descriptions:
-Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for F&B staff, covering areas such as product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures
-Conducting regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to upskill and empower our F&B team
-Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and implementing continuous improvements
-Collaborating with departmental managers to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
-Maintaining training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
-Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in hospitality training and development


Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar training or learning and development role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
-Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and effective facilitation techniques
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
-Proficient in developing and delivering training materials, including presentations.
-Hands-on experience in conducting needs assessments, designing and evaluating training programs
-Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
-A passion for hospitality and a commitment to driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
-Own transportation and willing to travel to outlets.
