We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations, optimising processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Assist in production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination.
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and procurement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare technical drawings or reviews using AutoCAD and SolidWorks when required.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in production management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
