Job Description

1. HR Strategy & Planning: - Develop, implement improve HR Strategies, policies, and intiatives aligned with overall business. - Provide strategic HR advisory to Management to support organization growth, culture and performance. - Lead workforce planning in coordination with business units to ensure talent needs are forecasted and met.

2. Talent Management & Development: - Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for managerial and critical positions across the Group. - Design and implement onboarding, competency frameworks, career paths and succession plans. - Drive learning & development programs (including HRDF-claimable courses) to upskill employees and future leaders. - Implement performance management systems and annual appraisal processes.

3. Compensation & Benefits: - Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits frameworks based on market benchmarking and internal equity. - Oversee annual salary review, bonus planning, promotions and incentive schemes across subsidiaries. - Ensure accurate payroll coordination and timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations: - Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement programs, grievance handling and effective communication. - Manage disciplinary procedures, domestic inquiries and termination processes in accordance with Malaysian laws and best practices. - Maintain good working relationships with employees and external HR-related stakeholders (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, EPF, LHDN).

5. HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll, HRIS/HRMS, employee records, attendance, leave and claims. - Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory regulations across all entities. - Lead internal audits and support corporate governance-related requirements involving HR.

6. Organizational Development & Culture - Support change management initiatives and organisation transformation programs. - Champion diversity, equity and inclusion practices and promote a high-performance culture. - Facilitate engagement surveys and translate insights into action plans.
