Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar).
· Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
· Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Finance Responsibilities:
· Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
· Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and preparation of management accounts.
· Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
· Maintain proper documentation of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on related matters.
· Prepare and manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.

HR Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update employee personal files, HR database, and leave records.
· Handle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
· Prepare letters such as offer letters, confirmation, transfer, and termination letters.
· Manage payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB submissions, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
· Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
· Support management in HR-related reporting, employee relations, and welfare activities.
