Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment process: posting, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
- Handle job advertisements on JobStreet, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Onboarding & Orientation
- Prepare employment documents and conduct new hire orientation.

Employee Engagement & Events
- Assist in organising company events and engagement activities.

Insurance & Benefits
- Support administration of GPA, GHS & Travel Insurance.
- Coordinate claims, renewals, enrolment, and termination.

Training & Development
- Coordinate public and in-house training sessions as well as HRD Corp.
- Manage attendance, documentation, and training records.

HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Prepare HR documents and reports, and assist with general administrative tasks whenever required.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Preferably 1–2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work independently, organised, and detail-oriented.
5. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR processes.
