What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain customer and sales records and databases

Handle customer inquiries and provide first-line support

Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up

Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or coordination role

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines

Able to speak in Mandarin as this job required deal with mandarin speaking clients.
