Key Responsibilities
-Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing plans and activities across multiple channels.
-Assist in managing and optimizing digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms to drive conversions and meet ROAS/CPA targets.
-Create and publish engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
-Execute database marketing initiatives such as email marketing, newsletters, and SMS campaigns to support customer engagement and retention.
-Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing reports and recommending improvements for better results.
-Support content planning, scheduling, and daily management of digital platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely execution of -digital marketing deliverables.
-Assist with basic market research and competitor insights to support digital strategy development.
-Provide support on any other ad-hoc digital marketing tasks as required by the department.
-Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned under the direction of the Head of Marketing.

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
-Min 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
-Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, PPC, social media tools, and content creation principles.
-Ability to create compelling content and adapt tone/style across different platforms.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
-Good communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
