Job Description

Requirements / Eligibility :
-A minimum Bachelor's Degree for Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or a related field is required;
-Experiences 5-7 years minimum in HR operations, HR process, HR compliances and governance related to the taxation, statutory and and payroll end to end or a related field will be an added value.
-Well-versed with and good understanding of Labor Law, Statutory compliances, and whole HR operations.
-Involves in newly setup division, coordinate, manage and supporting the establishment of the new power plant in the context of HR Compensation & Benefits areas.
-Having excellent problem-solving skills, commitment, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Proactive interpersonal, quality leadership skills & positive attitude.
-Good health, have no criminal records and will undergo a background check.
-Hiring vacancies are strictly open for Malaysian citizens only and able to start immediately.
-Quality, High performer Project Teams will be potentially offered to Permanent Role.

Job Responsibilities (Related Roles):

Payroll Operations& Process
-Responsible in handling payroll records are updated, processed timely, correctly, liaising with account and operations personnel, as well as to ensure that all the government regulations on payroll related matters are complied with.
-Maintain and update employee's personal information in personal file and payroll system.

Stakeholder & Statutory
-Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements, and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements.
-Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary employee and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
-Stay updated with Employment Act, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, Tax (PCB), HRDF regulations and related.

Insurance & Benefits
-Maintain accurate employee eligibility list with insurance provider/TPA - GHS, GTL, GPS
-Add/remove employees upon hiring, confirmation, resignation and validate monthly premium statements and ensure correct chargeback by department/cost center.
-upholding the HR policies (C&B), employee handbook sections, and benefits summary as well as communicate benefit updates, annual policy changes, exclusions, and employee coverage.

Budgeting, Reporting and Supporting C&B
-Prepare detailed monthly reports: payroll summary, costing, overtime analysis, variance reports.
-Support budgeting, manpower forecasting, and cost control with finance.
-perform any other relevant task as assigned by the superior to achieve the HR's (C&B) deliverables.
