Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Coordinate training, performance KPI reviews, and staff development programs.
• Assist management with HR reporting and administrative tasks.
• Handle employee relations issues professionally, providing guidance and support.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in SME or multi-department environments.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
