Job Responsibilities:
-Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and other inquiries, in a professional and timely manner.
-Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and complex issues with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Adhere to escalation procedures and produce situation corrective actions.
-Ensure all follow-ups are done on a timely manner.
-Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
-Liaising with customers & functional departments on delivery and report generation.

Qualifications:
-Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a distinct advantage for handling specific customer segments.
-Has strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in all data entry and documentation.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and uphold high standards of punctuality and responsibility.
-A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
