What you'll be doing
-Manage and optimise the company's website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
-Conduct market research and analyse data to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for online marketing initiatives
-Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (e.g. blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters) to attract and retain customers
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints
-Monitor and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
-Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the company's online presence and competitiveness

What we're looking for
-2-3 years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, or a related field
-Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
-Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track and report on campaign performance
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content
-Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing market conditions and customer preferences
-Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
