Responsibilities:


To assist in handling MIDA & SST matters and support in annual financial statements.

To co-ordinate with internal and external auditors, tax agents, etc to ensure compliance of statutory requirements.

Assist in daily to day operations of the accounts department.

Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled especially in Account Payables and Accounts Receivables.

To perform variety of regular and recurring accounting functions requiring professional competency.

To ensure timely reporting and assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.




Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance/ Diploma in Business Administration or higher.

Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.

Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel and proficiency in computerized accounting system (eg: SQL system).

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing field.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work under minimum supervision and self-motivated.

Pleasant personalities with ability to work in team & good sense of responsibility and commitment.
