Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures.

Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across all areas of the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, and reputational risks.

Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment of risk management efforts with organizational objectives.

Lead the design and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and initiatives.

Establish and maintain risk reporting mechanisms to provide timely and accurate information to senior management.

Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and trends.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong risk culture throughout the organization and promote awareness of risk management best practices.

Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks that may impact the organization.



Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g.,FRM, PRM, CFA) preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Enterprise Risk management, within agriculture environment.

Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks and strategies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
