Despatch Section

Responsible for all shipment and deliveries meet according to shipment closing time

Liaise with in-house forwarding & appointed hauliers on incoming empty container planning

Liaise with appointed third party surveyor on shipment inspection

Plan & handle daily operational work

Assist Marketer to calculate on mix cargo configuration

Ensure all warehouse equipment in good condition, work together with Maintenance team on preventive maintenance schedule

Check on daily production report and monthly stock take report

Tank Farm Section

Plan and monitor oil movement (in/out) via tanker lorry, pipeline transfer, flexibag, etc.

Manage tankage utilization and planning.

Liaise with suppliers on incoming oil and coordinate with production planners on oil projections.

Work with tanker suppliers for oil delivery and collection.

Prepare daily ullage reports and oil transfer declarations.

Verify and post weighbridge and pipeline tickets in accordance with contracts.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Proactive, energetic, and highly driven personality with strong willingness to learn.

Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
