About the role

We are seeking talented IT Analysts to join the Mewah Group, a leading global agribusiness and consumer foods company. This is a full-time position based in Selangor, Malaysia, with opportunities in both Pulau Indah, Klang and Pasir Gudang, Johor.

What you'll be doing

Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and systems

Design and develop technical solutions to address business needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT systems and applications

Provide ongoing support and optimisation of existing IT systems

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps

Assist with the management of IT projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

3-5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in business process analysis and system design

Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies

Understanding of agribusiness or consumer goods industry is preferred
