1. Process and key in orders, handle basic bookkeeping, and assist with daily task arrangements.

2. Handle customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.

3. Proactively follow up with customers, conduct after service calls and share necessary information or documents.

4. Maintain a clean, neat and organized shop environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Fresh graduates OR experienced candidates are welcome.

2. Must be able to write, read and communicate in Mandarin and basic English.

3. Familiarity with Canva, Meitu, or CapCut is an added advantage.

4. Candidate who able to communicate in Cantonese is a plus.
