Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales
-Greet and engage customers with a warm and approachable manner.
-Provide one-on-one skincare consultations based on customer needs, skin type, and concerns.
-Recommend suitable skincare products and educate customers on proper usage.
-Drive sales by meeting or exceeding personal and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge
-Stay updated on product knowledge, skincare trends, and ingredient benefits.
-Participate in regular product training sessions.
-Confidently explain product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.

In-Store Maintenance
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display.
-Monitor stock levels and replenish displays as needed.
-Conduct basic skincare demos or testers with hygiene protocol.

Reporting & Feedback
-Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the brand/trade team.
-Support in reporting sales data or inventory concerns.

Requirements:
-Passionate about skincare and beauty.
-Previous retail, sales, or beauty advisor experience is an advantage.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Friendly, customer-focused, and proactive attitude.
-Basic understanding of skin types and common skincare concerns.
-Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Certification or training in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or skincare.
