What We’re Looking For
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).

At least 7 years’ leadership experience in commercial, sales, or general management roles.

Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving strong P&L results.

Experienced in strategic planning, financial management, and digital transformation.

A motivational leader who builds high-performing teams and positive culture.

Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Adaptable, innovative, and passionate about continuous improvement.
