Key Responsibilities:

Quality System Implementation:
Guide and support the application of the Nestlé Quality Management System (QMS), HACCP, and standard operating procedures across departments. Uphold high hygiene standards in the plant.

Product & Line Control:
Set up, verify, and monitor quality control checks during production. Ensure all finished goods meet required specifications and initiate corrective actions for deviations.

Raw & Packaging Material Control:
Manage quality checks for incoming materials. Collaborate with suppliers and QA Manager to resolve quality issues. Lead re-evaluation of aging stock and participate in vendor assessments.

Training & Development:
Identify training needs and deliver sessions on Nestlé Quality System, sensory evaluation, hygiene practices, and quality checks for QA Assistants and operators.

Good Laboratory Practices:
Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring correct use of equipment, safe handling of chemicals, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices.

Cost Management:
Monitor and control analytical costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.

Team Leadership:
Coach and motivate QA team members, manage performance reviews, and drive adherence to safety protocols within the lab and production lines



What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field

Strong understanding of quality systems, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
