Job Responsibilities:

Plays a key role in strengthening daily quality performance and ensuring smooth, compliant operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities include managing and optimizing SAP-QM master data, supporting inspection plans, analyzing defects and trends, and maintaining accurate quality records across Operations, Warehouse, and Planning.

Works closely with Production, QC, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and external suppliers to resolve issues, close quality notifications, improve processes, and support safe and efficient factory operations.

Drives continuous improvement initiatives such as waste reduction, Right-First-Time enhancement, auto-release readiness, and improved compliance for audits including FSSC 22000 and Halal.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or QA/QC.

Customer-focused, accountable, and able to act with speed and decisiveness, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Strong system discipline, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration skills, and solid problem-solving capability.

Knowledge of QMS and food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS), Halal requirements, and proficiency in SAP; analytical skills with Power BI, Minitab, or SPC tools are an advantage.
