Requirements

This is what we want you to do:
-Enjoys Japan or traveling (at least won't mind discussing itineraries).
-Has basic photography, editing, and copywriting skills (we can teach you if you don't, but attitude is most important).
-Sensitive to social media trends, has their own work logic, enjoys learning, isn't afraid to communicate, and is willing to grow together.

Bonus points (not required, but we will consider your application first):
-proficient in Reels/TikTok, Canva/CapCut/AI tools, have experience running small-scale ads, created travel-related content, and have some itinerary planning skills.

Responsibilities

What would you do in this position? (But it won't be boring.)

You won't just be posting. You will participate in:
1. Travel content planning (ideally, you should really like planning the itinerary).
-We help transform our authentic Japanese itineraries, attractions, and hidden gems into content that will make our guests "want to fly there immediately."
-Engage in a brainstorming session: What itinerary is fun? What photo style is most eye-catching?

2. Social Media Management (FB/IG/TikTok)
-You will encounter real traveler stories, travel planning, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes.
-Responsible for content creation, filming, editing, and scheduling.
-Let our platform continue to be "visually appealing, fun, and engaging".

3. First-hand contact with potential customers (responding to inquiries)
-Reply to social media private message
-We'll help you easily screen customer needs (we'll teach you the SOP!).
-Make a good first impression on customers with professional, reassuring, and warm personalized services.

4. Basic Data Analysis
-See what content is most popular
-Assist in optimizing advertising or content direction
