Job Description

Working Days & Hours:
-Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off)
-Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):
-Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
-Live Chat Support: Engage with customers in real time via live chat. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about products, services, orders, troubleshooting, and more.
-Customer Assistance: Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses to customer queries. Strive for high customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
-Product Knowledge: Deliver knowledgeable and empathetic support. Promote products, guide purchases, and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.
-Customer Insights: Maintain accurate records of interactions and use customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements:
-SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification (Fresh Graduates)
-Proven experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
-Excellent written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone
-Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
-Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with digital tools, live chat platforms, CRM systems, and customer support software
-Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
