Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
* Manage guest bookings, changes, and cancellations through the hotel system.
* Attend to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide information or concierge support.
* Process guest payments, deposits, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
* Communicate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to ensure guest needs are met.

Requirements
* SPM/Diploma in Hospitality or related field (or relevant working experience).
* At least 1 year experience in hotel front desk or guest service (fresh graduates may apply).
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an added benefit.
* Familiar with hotel systems (e.g., Opera/Fidelio) or willing to learn; basic computer literacy required.
* Pleasant personality, team player, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
