What you'll be doing

Assist in identifying potential leads and updating customer/CRM databases.

Support showroom arrangement, cleanliness, and replenishing catalogues and samples.

Help prepare simple proposals, quotation drafts, and marketing materials.

Take photos/videos for marketing content and create simple posters using Canva.

Conduct basic competitor and market research.

Help coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and showroom teams.

Assist in event/exhibition preparation (e.g., Archidex, Rix).

Handle basic customer inquiries and appointment scheduling.

Maintain filing, data entry, and document updates according to ISO structure.

Perform general admin and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.



What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

A keen interest in marketing, social media, and the latest industry trends

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
