Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth across all outlets.
-Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
-Coordinate promotional activities and collaborations with influencers.
-Work closely with outlet managers/manager to support in-store promotions, menu launches, and seasonal campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze marketing performance, sales data, and customer feedback for improvement.
-Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as posters, menus, signages, digital ads, etc.
-Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
-Assist in budget planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring marketing activities stay within allocated budgets.
-Prepare monthly marketing reports and propose creative ideas for growth.

Requirements:
-At least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
-Minimum 1 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
-Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing tools.
-Creative, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
-Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator) are a plus.
-Willing to travel to outlets and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
