Job Description

Responsibilities (Assistant Manager):
-To handle the full account
-Daily cash balance and ensure cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively for a group of companies.
-Responsible for the daily operations of the accounts department by supervising, guiding, and reviewing subordinates’ work for a group of companies.
-Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other related authorities
-Middleman between internal auditor's vs all inter department
-Liaise with admin department & bank for all bank's account
-Petty cash control
-Ad hoc task or assignment when required.
-Assist in daily accounting operations.
-Liaise with auditors, bankers and other related authorities.
-Follow up outstanding amount, handling AR- Credit note sent by operation team
-Ensure all accounts staff perform and comply with the task assign to them
-Assist in liaising with external parties, such as auditor, banker, tax agent, company secretary and other related authorized parties.
-Responsible in preparation of monthly financial report
-Any other task that assigned by the management.
-Assist in update and monitor Fixed asset schedule including of depreciation, asset tagging and prepare journal voucher
-Forex booking for oversea payments, pick up non-trade Purchase Invoices after send out SOA need to complete 10th of the month.

Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance /Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA
-Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in handling partial closing full set of accounts with established company
-Computer literate and hands on experience in Cargo Wise would be an advantage.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Knowledge of computerized accounting is an added advantage.
-Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
-Good Knowledge in forwarding industry would be added advantage.
-Knowledge in full set account would be added advantage.
-Process Own transport with valid license.
