What you'll be doing
-Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices across the company
-Provide administrative support for HR-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll
-Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programmes
-Support the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work culture
-Assist with performance management and employee relations matters
-Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related business needs

What we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a similar industry
-Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR software/systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
-Proficient in data analysis and report generation
-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
-Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
