Job Description:
-To issue purchase invoice, follow up the status of all pending orders, delivery and verifying invoices sales order when receive order from customer.
-Act as a coordinator between supplier and salesperson.
-Check the status of sales order and purchase order and purge it in the system from time to time.
-To maintain proper records of purchases, supplier’s information and documentation.
-Any ad hoc duty assigned by Superior from time to time

Job Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in any fields.
-Minimum 1-2 years of related experience, experiences in Building Materials trade will be add advantage.
-Required language(s): English, Malay. Proficient in Mandarin communicate will be add advantage.
-Good in Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
-Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, disciplined, and a strong team player.
-A proactive team player who able to work under pressure and work independently.
-Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
