Key Responsibilities
-Manage and own all customer communications (primarily via live chat and calls) from initial contact through to full resolution.
-Provide premium-level support by delivering accurate information, personalised assistance, and timely solutions.
-Maintain in-depth product and process knowledge to guide customers effectively.
-Act as the voice and advocate for our customers by identifying recurring issues, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate follow-up for all customer matters.
-Proactively highlight customer trends, gaps, and insights that can improve our products, services, and overall experience.
-Uphold all service quality standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
-Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.

Requirements
-Malaysian citizens only.
-Full work-from-office at 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama.
-Willing and able to work on shift schedules, 6 days a week.
-Possessing own transportation is an advantage.
-Open to fresh graduates.
-Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
-Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume, and international working environment.
-Strong empathy, communication skills, and customer-first attitude.
-Immediate availability is an added advantage.
-Full training (theory and hands-on) will be provided.
