RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain bank balance information, petty cash records, cash book data entry

Responsible on day-to-day cash collection and data entry of receipts in accounting system

Administer the day-to-day accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records (including post trade & non-trade supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher)

Process staff expense claims and ensure the claims are properly authorised

Assist account assistant manager with overdue debtors

Reconcile bank statement

Prepare and record of monthly journals and schedule (i.e. prepayment, accruals, fixed assets)

Perform day-to-day administration tasks i.e. filing, book keeping

REQUIREMENT:

Diploma/Advance diploma in finance/accountancy (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)

1-2 years of working experience in related field
