Responsibilities:

Receive and process purchase orders

Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp

Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details

Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer’s billing requirements

Plan the delivery route for delivery drivers

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Guide junior in their day-to-day task

Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments

Coordinate and work with internal stakeholder(s) to resolve daily issues and provide solutions

Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Must-Haves :

Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales coordinator or administration in FMCG industry.

IT Literacy: familiarity with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel & Outlook

Experience with ERP software

Language Skills: Able to read, write and speak English at a professional level.
