Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries, bank reconciliations, and full sets of accounts.
-Lead monthly and yearly closing processes; prepare accurate and timely financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
-Ensure full compliance with relevant Malaysia reporting standards, tax regulations (SST, Corporate Tax, custom duty).
-Oversee SST implementation, submission, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax reporting.
-Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., SST filings, annual returns) on time.
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary banks and relevant government authorities (LHDN, SSM, custom).
-Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis for manufacturing and project-based operations.
-Improve accounting systems and processes (SAP) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
-Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and engineering departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.

Job Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
-Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in manufacturing or automation industries.
-Proven experience handling full sets of accounts, statutory reporting, and SST implementation and compliance in Malaysia.
-Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, macros).
-Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local and overseas stakeholders.
