Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily tasks for Operation Coordinators and Translators to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
-Support communication between the Operations and Marketing departments by gathering required information and responding to requests via official channels.
-Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned by Management.
-Coordinate duty schedules, task briefings, and meetings for Operation Coordinators and Translators to ensure clarity in task execution.
-Work closely with team members (Assistants, Coordinators, and Executives) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
-Collaborate with the team to handle worker logistics such as movement in/out, hostel arrangements, transit coordination, and related tasks.
-Assist Management with various ad-hoc assignments and special projects when needed.

Job Requirements:
-Possess at least an SPM qualification or above.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Minimum 1 year of working experience.
-Willing to learn, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
