Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
* Manage staff expense claims and reimbursement processes
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel, flight and transportation bookings
* Maintain accurate records of administrative transactions and documentation
* Support general office operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks


Research & Policy Analysis
* Conduct research on business practices/policies (e.g. manpower, finance, regulations, etc.), as assigned, across various international markets, and analyse local practices and compliance requirements
* Prepare clear summaries, reports and presentations of research findings for presentation to management
* Monitor global trends to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
* Has 1 to 3 years of administrative or research experience. Fresh graduates with strong research and administrative skills are also encouraged to apply
* Possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data
