Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare quotation for clients & follow up on payment collection.
- Request & compile documents for property valuation.
- Issue Invoice and Receipt to client.
- Maintain files/records relevant to the office operation.
- Schedule document courier & track delivery records.
- Support in any other administrative/operation tasks as and when required.
- Familiar in using SQL and/or online system is an added advantage.
- Work Location: Kuala Lumpur (Sunway Velocity).

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Able to work independently & under pressure.
- Proficient in computer & MS Office.
