Human Resources:
-Manage and monitor the full recruitment life-cyle, from job posting to onboarding.
-Prepare Job Descriptions and Job Specifications.
-Handle job postings across various channels (job portal, social media, networking, referrals).
-Coordinate and schedule interview appointments for candidates and the hiring managers.
-Assist in payroll administration, leave administration, and preparation of HR related correspondence.
-Coordinate IT set up for new employees.
-Generate and prepare monthly and ad hoc HR reports as required.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum Diploma in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Meticulous, proactive, self-disciplined, and a strong team player.
-Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
-Proficient in computer skills Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
