Key Responsibilities:

• To manage full sets of accounts;
• To oversee the monthly payroll function for small entities;
• To perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining and verifying ledgers, bank reconciliations, debtor aging, invoicing, and stock control;
• To be responsible for cost accounting functions;
• To liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and taxation matters;
• To liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters;
• To prepare management reports and financial analyses;
• To assist in budget preparation and monitoring;
• To coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities.

Requirement:

• Proficient in preparing full sets of accounts and managing payroll functions;
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft AX, and other relevant systems;
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner;
• Demonstrates high integrity and strong work ethics;
• Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
