Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end spare parts inventory, including stock control, replenishment, and storage.
-Oversee daily warehouse operations such as receiving, inspection, issuing, and dispatch of parts.
-Utilize inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track stock levels, process orders, and generate reports.
-Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
-Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and vendor teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
-Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and implement inventory control measures (e.g., FIFO).
-Analyze consumption patterns and support in forecasting spare part requirements.
-Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
-Prepare and present inventory reports, including stock status, shortages, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
-Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
-Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train team members.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
