REQUIREMENTS
· Probation Period: 3 months
· Possess good communication skills ,both written and spoken;
· Must be able to work independently and team player.
· Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in daily administrative duties for the company;
· Responsible to customers admin enquiries on company product and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email;
· Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes;
· Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities;
· Responsible for maintaining half sets of accounts:- Invoice, Delivery order, AR payment, preparing monthly sales reports and arrangements for delivery.
