Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for maintaining and repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers.
-Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts.
-Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
-Perform repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
-Conduct load tests and functional checks post-repair.
-Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the workshop.
-Provide on-site service for immediate maintenance needs.
-Support in machinery transportation and assist in loading and unloading the machine.
-Attend service calls and address machine breakdowns promptly and effectively.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lifting equipment.
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
-Conduct inspections and testing to ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
-Accurately complete service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
-Collaborate with the Service, Sales, and Spare Parts teams for smooth job coordination.
-Follow company safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks.
-Respond to breakdowns or urgent service requests, including occasional on-site visits.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop and tools.
-Participate in training programs related to equipment handling and safety.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum: SPM with technical or vocational certificate.
-Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
-Relevant training/ certifications in machinery maintenance, hydraulics, or electrical systems is an advantage.
-Possess a valid driving license (Class D; GDL is a plus).
-Willingness to work overtime or travel to site when required.
-Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality service.
-Min 1 year working experience in mechanical support of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts or Telehandlers.
-Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting mechanical systems of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts or Telehandlers.
-Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
-Able to Prioritize Multi-task, excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and Forklifts.
-Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
-Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service instructions.
-Skilled in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and power tools.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
-Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments.
