You will play an important role in:
-Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase order and requisitions.
-Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders and track deliveries.
-Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
-Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
-Support the procurement team with general administrative duties

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
-Min. SPM / Diploma / Degree in any fields.
-0- 1 year(s) of working experience in a procurement or purchasing role
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Familiarity with procurement software (Eg: SAP Systems) is a plus.
