Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our retail locations and drive customer engagement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
-Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including signage, displays, and promotional materials, to attract and retain customers.
-Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online and offline traffic to our retail stores.
-Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
-Track and report on key performance metrics, such as foot traffic, sales conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
-Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and retail marketing trends to continuously innovate and improve our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in skincare industry preferred.
-At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales for brick-and-mortar stores.
-Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
-Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
-Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
