What You’ll Be Doing:
-Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
-Handle Financial Documents: Process invoices, payments, and other related documents.
-Prepare Reports: Assist with financial statements and reports.
-Reconcile Accounts: Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
-Provide Admin Support: Assist with tasks like data entry, filing, and correspondence.
-Collaborate Across Teams: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
