Job Description:
-Coordinate all aspects of client servicing activities across all divisions.
-Responsible for achieving sales target in assigned territories and to establish good relationship with clients and expand client base.
-Responsible to conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
-Good knowledge of the market segments and trends, collate market information and identify new opportunities.
-Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
-Coordinate with management for all matters pertaining to sales and marketing development in all stages.
-Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by maintaining a proactive, attentive, courteous, and professional demeanor.
-Provide professional client service throughout sales management and consulting process.
-Expanding business and selling the products of which each comprehensive training will be given.
-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
-Prepare reports (weekly, monthly sales reports, call visit plan and report) for management review.
-Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences in the future.
-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and issues.
-Build good rapport with clients and understand the business needs.
-Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal team members.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
-To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the management.
