Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately calculate material needs and issue Purchase Orders with correct quantities and prices within set lead times upon receiving purchase requests.
-Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal costs, delivery schedules, minimum order quantities, and payment terms.
-Monitor supplier performance, ensuring products meet required quality standards and are delivered on time.
-Implement supplier improvement initiatives aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and delivery performance improvement.
-Source and evaluate new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and resolve shortages or quality issues.
-Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including production and warehouse departments, to ensure the timely procurement, quality, storage, and delivery of goods.
-Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the fittings & accessories, manufacturing, or interior design industries.
-Strong negotiation skills and resourcefulness in sourcing new suppliers.
-Demonstrated experience in liaising with suppliers, internal customers, and inventory planning.
-Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability.
-Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with suppliers from China.
-Available to start immediately or within one month's notice.
